Editorial and informational use

PatchCrest provides news, commentary, criticism, analysis and guides for general informational purposes. Content is not an official statement from a game publisher or developer unless an article clearly identifies and links the original first-party source.

Accuracy and updates

PatchCrest aims for accuracy, but games, release plans, online services and public statements can change. An article may be corrected or updated after publication. No guarantee is made that every page will remain complete or current indefinitely.

Intellectual property

Original PatchCrest text, branding and site presentation may not be republished as your own. Limited quotation and linking for commentary, criticism or reference should include clear attribution. Third-party names, images, footage and trademarks remain the property of their respective owners.

Acceptable use

Do not interfere with the website, attempt unauthorized access, distribute malware, misuse forms or use automated methods that place an unreasonable burden on the service. Lawful indexing by legitimate search engines is permitted.

Third-party links and services

PatchCrest may link to publishers, developers, video platforms, retailers, social networks and other services. Those services control their own content, availability, terms and privacy practices.

Changes and availability

Features, content and these terms may change as the publication develops. PatchCrest may suspend or remove content when necessary for accuracy, security, rights management or maintenance.

PatchCrest TV

These Terms also cover PatchCrest TV, including tv.patchcrest.com, and PatchCrest Original audiovisual and video content. Unless PatchCrest expressly states otherwise, this content is made available for personal, non-commercial viewing.

PatchCrest and/or the applicable rights holders retain their rights in video, artwork, branding, written material, audio, audiovisual productions and associated creative assets. This does not claim ownership of third-party material beyond PatchCrest’s actual rights. Except where authorized by PatchCrest or permitted by applicable law, you may not reproduce, redistribute, rebroadcast, publicly perform, sell, sublicense, circumvent access controls for, or commercially exploit PatchCrest TV audiovisual content. Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Content availability may change: titles may be added, delayed, altered or removed. A “Coming Soon” presentation is informational and does not guarantee a specific release date unless an explicit date is separately provided. PatchCrest uses third-party infrastructure and service providers, including Mux for video delivery, to deliver parts of its services. Mux is not responsible for PatchCrest’s editorial or creative content.
